ShippingUnless otherwise requested, we ship UPS ground within the continental USA. Shipping is $6.00 USD for first item and $1.00 for each additional item. Domestic customers within the continental USA may select the option of Media Mail. Media Mail is $3 for first paperback item or $4 for first hardcover item with $.50 for each additional item.
Priority & International shipments will be billed separately at exact cost.
